阿里山賓館位於徒步管制區，進出飯店需要從〔阿里山旅客中心〕門口搭乘飯店免費接駁車前往〔阿里山賓館〕。
進房時間：16:00 PM；退房時間：11:00 AM。如遇寒暑假、櫻花季、國定假日等特殊假期，請以飯店公告為主。

此行程的交通方面為共乘性質，有可能與其他旅客合車同行。

遊園路線及前往景點會根據導遊實際帶隊狀況及季節而有調整，若有調整請以導遊現場帶領為主。如遇天候不佳或天災不可抗力因素，會視當日狀況通知取消導覽行程；若行程及集合時間有異動請以現場導遊現場帶隊為主，敬請配合。
因山上資源有限，飲食及住宿以簡便舒適為主，請知悉。
阿里山森鐵本線（阿里山 - 嘉義）座位限採預約制且數量有限，本行程訂單預約狀態不保證小火車有位。如遇森鐵開放訂位額滿，本公司保有調整上下山接駁交通替代方案權力，若旅客無法接受請勿訂購及付款。
購買後若上下車地點原為嘉義火車站，臨時需變更為嘉義高鐵站，則在現場加收 單程每人 NT$ 100（大人小孩皆同價）。

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
