A minimum of 35 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 14 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Your ticket is in the form of a wristband. Please attach it to your wrist before entering the paid area and do not remove it until you leave.
If the wristband is cut or removed even once, it will become invalid and you will not be allowed entry. Furthermore, we will not reissue lost or damaged wristband tickets.
There are no seats provided in the paid area. Please bring your own seat or cushion and sit in the designated area, sharing the space with others. Bringing chairs is also not permitted.
The use of table sets, large parasols, tents, and other similar items, as well as the use of open flames such as barbecue sets, is prohibited.
The use of umbrellas is prohibited in the paid viewing area. Please bring rain gear (raincoat, rain poncho, etc.).
Please refrain from using tripods for photography within the paid area.
Trash and Smoking: Please take your trash with you, and smoke only in designated areas.
The area around the venue will be extremely crowded on the day of the event, so please be seated by 6 PM.
The large bus parking area is close to the traffic restriction area, and there will be many people watching the fireworks after the event ends, so please be aware that it will take some time for buses to exit the parking lot (exit will generally be around 10 PM).
