Please leave your suitcases and other large items at your accommodation. ②【Each Passenger Must Prepare an Entry QR Code in Advance】 Please distribute an entry QR code to each passenger before entry. Please have your own QR code ready upon entry to ensure smooth entry. ③【Group Entry】 To avoid congestion at the entrance, entry will be in groups. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and do not rush in disorderly. ④【Please Move in Groups Inside the Venue】 When visiting the venue, please move in groups to avoid gathering or blocking passageways. ⑤【Please Use the Restrooms Before Arrival】 The number of restrooms inside the venue is limited. Please use them before arrival if possible (it is recommended to use them at the dinner restaurant). ⑥【Group Photography Prohibited】 Group photography is prohibited inside the venue and within the venue area.

Adult and child fares are the same, and no discounts or special offers are available. Children under 6 years old who do not occupy a seat and whose meals are not included can participate in the tour for free. However, due to operational management needs, all accompanying persons, including such children, must be declared in advance. Please contact our customer service center for registration. Failure to contact us in advance may result in being unable to arrange transportation or admission.

Infants under 6 years old who do not occupy a seat can join the tour for free. Each adult can bring one infant who does not occupy a seat.

If there are not many seats left on the day, passengers traveling together may be assigned separate seats. You will be informed of this when you make your booking.

Please arrive at the meeting point at the designated time and do not be late. This tour cannot be changed or joined midway. If you are unable to participate in the day tour due to personal reasons, any resulting losses will be borne by the traveler. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the tour may be cancelled before departure to ensure safety. You will be notified via email and assistance will be provided with a full refund.

The itinerary is for reference only. Due to unpredictable traffic conditions, please avoid scheduling activities for that evening. We apologize for any delays.

If you are traveling during a Japanese holiday or weekend, you may encounter traffic congestion. Please understand that the itinerary or duration of your visit may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, early closure of attractions, facility maintenance, etc.

If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure events such as weather or natural disasters after it has commenced, a refund will be issued for the unfulfilled portion based on actual expenses incurred. Return transportation costs or additional expenses such as local accommodation are the responsibility of the traveler.

If a passenger withdraws from the trip midway due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
