3. How It Works
Step 1 – Book & Contact Us
After booking, contact us via one of the supported messaging apps and send your travel details.
(1) Passport first-page photo
(2) Flight ticket
(3) Visa or landing approval document (or confirm visa exemption)
Step 2 – Arrival Procedure
- Land at Cam Ranh International Airport.
- Meet our staff holding your name sign at the meeting point
- The staff will escort and then guide you through the priority lane.
- Continue with your selected package until service ends.
Step 3 – Departure Procedure
- Arrive at least 2 hours before departure.
- Complete airline check-in (unless your package includes Priority Check-in(VIP or Super Vip package).
- Meet our staff at the confirmed meeting point.

No. Arrival Fast Track requires your information at least 2 hours before your arrival. We cannot arrange the service once you have already reached the airport.

No. This service is available for international flights only.
