If the ropeway is closed, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to Asahiyama Memorial Park to enjoy the night view, followed by a visit to the 38th-floor observation deck of the JR Tower at Sapporo Station to view the Sapporo cityscape at night. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
During peak nighttime hours, special cable car services will be prioritized based on the number of passengers to reduce waiting time and allow you to more easily enjoy the dazzling night view of Mt. Moiwa.
The cable car ticket package – Mt. Moiwa Night View Experience includes two cable car tickets (the cable car at the foot of the mountain + the mini cable car at the summit), allowing you to easily reach the summit observation deck and enjoy the dazzling night view of Sapporo.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
