I. Core and Highlights of the Itinerary

This is a one-day shared car tour departing from Osaka, which will take you on an in-depth exploration of the iconic landscapes of the Nanki-Shirahama area in Wakayama, allowing you to experience the natural wonders where mountains and sea meet.

II. Important Pre-Departure Tips

• Confirmation Email: Please check your email (including spam folder) the day before your trip. We will send you a tour confirmation email containing the final meeting time, location, vehicle license plate number, and tour guide's contact information.

• Punctuality is required: This is a shared ride, and departure will be strictly on time. Latecomers will not be waited for. Please confirm the meeting point in advance and we recommend arriving early. Failure to board due to lateness or personal reasons will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given.

• What to bring: Please be sure to bring your original passport (some attractions or shopping may require it), and it is recommended to prepare sun protection, cold protection, rain gear and comfortable walking shoes according to the season.

III. Itinerary Information Summary

• Meeting point: Usually a fixed location in Osaka (such as Namba/Umeda area), subject to the tour confirmation notice.

• Departure time: Usually between 07:00 and 08:00 in the morning, subject to the tour confirmation notice.

• Itinerary order: The actual order of visits (such as whether to visit ToreTore Market or Shirarahama first) may be flexibly adjusted by the tour guide on the spot according to the traffic, weather and visitor flow on the day, but the listed attractions will be covered.

• Return time: Approximately 18:00-20:00 to return to Osaka city center. The actual time is greatly affected by traffic conditions and is only an estimate. It is recommended not to schedule any time-sensitive activities afterward.

IV. Service Description

• Group Formation Notice: This product requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, we will notify you at least 2 days prior to departure and offer options for rescheduling or a full refund.

• Service Language: This product offers Chinese-speaking tour guide services. For other language services, please inquire in advance.

V. Policy Changes

Cancellation due to our reasons: If the cancellation is due to reasons such as not meeting the minimum group size, a full refund will be issued.

• Itinerary Changes: In the event of force majeure such as severe weather, traffic control, or temporary closure of attractions, the tour guide reserves the right to adjust the order of visits, replace attractions with equivalent ones, or shorten the stay time to ensure safety. No refunds will be given for such reasons.

VI. Safety and Responsibility Guidelines

Please abide by safety regulations and do not cross warning lines. Keep valuables with you at all times; you are solely responsible for any loss or damage.

• Free time: During your free time at the fish market, bathing beach, etc., please adhere to the agreed time and pay attention to safety.
