This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Due to traffic congestion or other circumstances, the stay duration at each location may be shortened.
The fireworks program and the number of fireworks launched may change without prior notice. Since the show mainly features continuous starmines and other effects that are difficult to quantify by number, the indicated number of fireworks is only an estimate.
After the fireworks display ends, guests may be required to wait inside the venue for about 30 minutes due to regulated exit procedures.
When taking photos, please avoid holding cameras above head level to prevent disturbing other guests.
Please remain seated in your assigned seat while watching the fireworks.
The fireworks event will take place even in rainy weather, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, the event may be canceled in cases of severe weather (such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain) or if river conditions make the fireworks display unsafe.
The tour will proceed unless the fireworks organizer officially announces a cancellation before the tour departure. In some cases, the decision to cancel may be made early on the morning of the event, and participants may be informed by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
If the fireworks event is canceled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the fireworks are canceled after the tour has departed, no refund will be provided. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are also the customer’s responsibility.
If the fireworks event is canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour has departed, the tour fee (including the seating fee) will not be refunded.
If heavy traffic or congestion causes a significant delay in the return time and guests miss their last public transportation, taxi fares or other transportation costs will be at the guest’s own expense.
Meals are not included in this tour.
Bringing food or drinks purchased outside the venue is not allowed. Please use the food trucks inside the venue or dine at Mitsui Outlet Park beforehand.
The return time is an estimate and may be delayed depending on traffic conditions. Please check your last available public transportation and plan your return accordingly before joining the tour.

  • After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.

  • If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
