The specific meeting time is subject to the pre-trip notification. Travel information is generally sent around 16:00 local time on the day of the trip; thank you for your understanding.
Arrive at the National Park. The guide will first distribute flashlights and lead guests through a rainforest trail of approximately 1 kilometer before viewing the glow worms.
Depart from the National Park and return to the hotel. On clear nights, you can look up to see the Southern Cross constellation.
Arrive at the meeting point around 22:30 to dismiss and end the tour.
Note: The above itinerary times and arrangements are for reference only. Specific times are subject to road conditions and the driver-guide's arrangements on the day.

Reminders

  • This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation 2 days before the trip.

  • The itinerary consists mainly of night hiking; please ensure you are physically fit to participate.

  • Glow worms are very fragile. Do not take photos at will, and never use flash or shine flashlights directly at them. Please follow the instructions of your driver-guide on-site.

  • Please wait at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a voluntary forfeiture, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
