Once you have been directed to the correct lane, our staff may leave to assist other arriving passengers.

Please send us the following information via email or WhatsApp immediately after booking: passport photos or scans, flight number with arrival time, and visa details (if applicable). We cannot proceed with the service until all required information is received and will not be responsible for any delays caused by missing details.
During peak hours, multiple travelers may use Fast Track at the same time, so for a noticeably faster immigration experience, we recommend choosing the VIP options.

Please select your actual arrival time as the booking time (e.g. if your flight arrives at 10:00 AM on June 6, select 10:00 AM on June 6).
Children traveling with adults must also be booked under an adult ticket to be registered for the Fast Track service.
Keep your phone connected and check WhatsApp, as we will contact you there. Upon arrival, please look for a welcome sign with your name before the immigration checkpoint. If you cannot find the sign, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or iMessage.
