- This one-day program in Toba City, located within Ise-Shima National Park—home to the largest number of Ama divers in Japan—allows you to learn about the fishing, lifestyle, culture, and faith of the 'Ama' (women who free-dive to catch shellfish, etc.), the oldest profession for women in Japan with over 2,000 years of history. The day begins with a hike up Mt. Aomine to the temple at the summit where Ama divers pray for maritime safety, followed by a special lunch at an Ama hut where you can meet active Ama divers, and an afternoon visit to Mikimoto Pearl Island to watch an Ama fishing demonstration. The entire itinerary includes an English-speaking guide and transfers to and from Toba Station (or your hotel in Toba City). ～Itinerary～ ① Meet your guide at Toba Station or your accommodation and depart: 30 min ② Mt. Aomine hiking: 90 min ③ Visit to Aomine-san Shofukuji Temple: 30 min ④ Mt. - After hiking through the beautiful forest, you will find a solemn temple that you would not expect to see at the summit. You can refresh yourself while experiencing local culture during this approximately 3-hour hike (approx. 8.5 km). *For those who are concerned about their physical fitness for mountain climbing, we can change this to a walking tour of 'Osatsu,' the town with the most Ama divers in Japan.

- As the guide is a local resident, they will also introduce you to the unique culture and customs of the region. Since it is a rural area with limited transportation options other than cars, you can participate with peace of mind as transfers to and from the station or your hotel are included.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
