  • This traditional event has been held in Takeo City for over 800 years. You can try out a simulated Yabusame experience on the approach to Takeo Shrine. A staff member will be holding the reins during the experience, so even those without horse riding experience can participate. Held on Sundays at 11:00 and 12:00.
  • Experience the historic Takeo Yabusame
  • Come experience the ancient history of this place. You can even wear your everyday clothes that are comfortable to move in.

By car: 10 minutes from Takeo Kitagata Interchange. Parking is available at Takeo Shrine. By train: 15 minutes on foot from Takeo Onsen Station.
