Our professional guide will provide careful instructions on how to use binoculars, how to look for birds, tips for observation, and even how to take photos. Even beginners can fully enjoy this content. The course mainly follows well-maintained paths and is open to participants from 5 years old. It is also recommended for families. A relaxing lunch break in nature is also included. Transportation from Sapporo Station is smooth, and we also provide guidance in English. Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Tours may be canceled before departure due to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the tour is canceled for the above reasons, there will be no cancellation fee. In addition, depending on weather conditions and other circumstances, we may change the course or schedule to ensure the safety of our guests. Please note that we cannot provide refunds, including all expenses, even if the original purpose of the tour is not achieved as a result.

  • While guides will do their best to ensure safety during activities, there are various dangers associated with outdoor activities, such as falls, falling rocks, falling snow, and falling branches. Guests are asked to be fully aware of the risks associated with mountain climbing before participating. Guides may not be held responsible for any accidents that occur during activities.

  • Regarding rental equipment: Binoculars are available for free rental. Please let us know if you would like to rent them when you register.

  • Duration: The entire tour takes approximately 8 hours. Experience time: 3.5 hours Lunch and break: 1 hour Travel time (round trip): 3.5 hours

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
