③ Terms of use
This service requires the use of a large suitcase. It cannot be used with only a small suitcase or a bag.
④ Information required when making a reservation
Please be sure to fill in the following information in the remarks section when making a reservation.
① Name of the hotel where you will collect your luggage (the hotel where you will leave your luggage)
② Name of the hotel to which you will be delivering (the hotel where you will receive your package)
③Name of person making hotel reservation (in Roman letters)
④ The phone number registered when booking the hotel
This information will be used as confirmation when we contact the hotel in advance.
⑤ Confirmation of reservation
After making a reservation, we will confirm whether your luggage can be collected at the hotel.
Once confirmation is complete, we will send you a reservation completion email.

Up until the day before use: Free cancellation
On the day of use: No refunds

We can store suitcases, backpacks, tote bags, shopping bags, etc.
Please store small items together.
⑧ How to collect on the day
Luggage can be dropped off and picked up at the hotel front desk.
This service requires the delivery of a large suitcase (it cannot be used for small suitcases only, or for shopping bags/backpacks only). Shopping bags/backpacks will only be delivered free of charge if they are checked in at the same time as a large suitcase.

Please leave your luggage at the front desk of your hotel by 10:00 AM. When leaving your luggage, please inform them that you have a reservation for the "Suitcase Express Japan luggage delivery service."
We will send you a confirmation email the day before or on the day of your arrival. If you have any additional luggage to check in besides your suitcase, such as backpacks, tote bags, or shopping bags, please be sure to reply to that email to let us know.
