The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route involves using six different modes of transportation, from the Kansei Electric Bus through the Tateyama Ropeway. Costs are the responsibility of the traveler (approximately 10,900 yen per person). The entire journey takes approximately 5–6 hours.
If guests need to depart early due to the early start time of the Tateyama Kurobe tour, the hotel will prepare a packed meal for them.

The entry and return times for Mount Lishan are subject to the official allocation on the day. The transportation to the mountain is complicated, so please follow the guide's instructions.

Cancellation Policy

- For cancellations made 8 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
