【About Amakusa Airlines】
・There is no dedicated tour staff at Fukuoka Airport. For the latest information regarding flight status due to weather, please refer to the airport or airline website rather than making your own assumptions. The airline may also contact the mobile phone number provided at the time of booking. ・If the outbound flight is cancelled, the tour will be cancelled regardless of the reason, and a full refund will be issued. If the return flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather, you must arrange your own transportation, and the costs will be at your own expense. However, the amount equivalent to the airfare for the cancelled segment (usually 2,000 JPY; 3,000 JPY for departure dates between March 20 and March 29, 2026) will be refunded by us at a later date.
【About Flight Cancellations】
If the outbound flight is cancelled, the tour will be cancelled regardless of the reason, and a full refund will be issued. If the return flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather, you must arrange your own transportation, and the costs will be at your own expense. However, the amount equivalent to the airfare for the cancelled segment (usually 2,000 JPY; 3,000 JPY for departure dates between March 20 and March 29, 2026) will be refunded by us at a later date.
【About Rental Cars】
・International customers must present a valid driver's license for Japan and a passport. Rates are based on a 12-hour period; additional charges will apply in 24-hour increments if the rental time is exceeded. ・Vehicle model selection is not available. In principle, the rental period is from immediately after arrival on the outbound flight (pick-up after transfer from Amakusa Airport to the shop) until the return to the shop and transfer back to Amakusa Airport. ・Free shuttle service (reservation required) is available between the rental car shop and Amakusa Airport. Please note that due to vehicle capacity, the shuttle may only be available for the lead traveler. ・Gasoline costs are not included and must be paid locally at actual cost.

Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date. Please note that reservations made after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

If Amakusa Airlines' aircraft (painted with the parent and child dolphins) undergo regular maintenance, the flight will be operated on leased aircraft from another company. The return flight cannot be extended.
There are no dedicated reception staff at Fukuoka Airport for this tour. Regarding flight availability due to bad weather, etc., the latest information will be provided at the departure airport. Please refer to the information on the airport or airline website rather than making your own decision. In addition, the airline may contact you via the mobile phone number you provided when booking.

Generally, rentals are accepted from immediately after your outbound flight (after transfer from Amakusa Airport to the store and then rental) until the time of transfer to Amakusa Airport after returning the car to the store.
There is a free shuttle service (reservation required) between the rental car store and Amakusa Airport. However, due to the capacity of the shuttle vehicle, there may be cases where only the representative of the group is allowed to be picked up.
There is a high probability of encountering dolphins, but please note that there may be times when you are unable to see them due to sea conditions, etc.
