Rental time: 5/7 hours round trip between Kagoshima city/Kagoshima pier. Price difference will apply for departure or return from different locations (please confirm with customer service again when placing your order).

Departure time & departure location: As required by passengers

Trip distance: The total travel distance must be within 150 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and there should be no backtracking). If the total trip exceeds 150 kilometers, a charge of JPY 300 per kilometer will be applied. For special attractions that are far away, it is recommended to consult customer service before placing an order.

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers; child seats are not provided.

Standard luggage size: 24-26 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

  • After placing your order, please contact customer service promptly to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements.   • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund.
