2. Ticket Purchase and Validity
Ticketing Platform: All tickets are sold through KKday ("the Platform") and are subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Platform's General Terms of Use.
Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time period selected at the time of purchase. E-tickets: All tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the email address you provide at checkout. You must present a valid e-ticket (displayed on your mobile phone or printed out) for entry.
Non-transferable and non-refundable: Tickets are for personal use only and are non-transferable and "strictly non-refundable" except in the event of complete cancellation of the event (see Article 7).
3. Entry and Late Arrival
Admission Policy: This event is an immersive and limited-time experience. To ensure minimal impact on all participants, "latecomers will not be admitted."

5. Age restrictions and guardianship
Minimum Age: This Event is recommended for ages ”12+” due to its intense sensory nature. All attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
Children: Attendees under the age of “12” must be accompanied by a supervising adult (18+) who holds a valid ticket for the same session.
6. Prohibited Items and Behaviors
The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue:
- Use a flash for photography.
- Use a mobile phone or other light-emitting device.
- Food and beverages. - Smoking, e-cigarettes or similar products.
- Prohibited drugs.
- Any items that staff deem dangerous or disturbing.
Any participant found to have violated the above rules may be immediately removed from the venue without a refund.
7. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure
Cancellation by the organizer: If the event is completely cancelled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Postponement: If the event is postponed, your tickets will automatically apply to the new date. You can request a refund if you are unable to attend on the new date.
Force Majeure: The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions due to events constituting "force majeure." These events include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions (strong winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain), power outages, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, or any other cause beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
Severe Weather Policy: As the venue is an outdoor structure, this event is subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion.
