- If the arrival airport/port changes due to inclement weather, we will refund the fee and will not reschedule the transfer service.
- If your flight/cruise ship arrives late but you arrive at the scheduled airport/port on the same day, we will reschedule your pick-up time free of charge.
- If the arrival date of your flight/cruise ship is changed to the next day due to severe weather, we will change it for you free of charge.
- If a customer no longer uses our pick-up and drop-off service for the reasons mentioned above, we will refund the full amount, but we will need to inform you in advance.
- In the above situation, if we do not receive your contact, we will fulfill the original booking and charge 100% of the fee.

- If the departure time changes, but the flight/cruise still departs on the same day, we will change the departure time for you free of charge.
- If the departure date is changed to the next day, and the customer will not change hotels or will only change to another hotel in Tokyo, we will handle it free of charge, but we need you to provide the relevant information in advance.
- For our shared ride service, we will pick up passengers in order, which may be slightly earlier or later than your booked time. Please wait at your hotel 15 minutes in advance; the driver will inform you of the planned pick-up time.
- The pick-up time on the day is subject to the driver's notification; there is no free waiting time. If the passenger does not appear when the driver arrives, the driver will not wait. This will be considered a no-show, and we will fulfill the original booking and charge 100% of the fare.

Since this is a shared ride service, you may need to wait for other passengers at the airport/port.
We only provide drop-off/departure services to hotels in Tokyo city proper, and do not provide drop-off/departure services to guesthouses, capsule hotels, restaurants, or other similar locations.
Each passenger can bring a maximum of one checked bag and one carry-on bag for the carpooling service. Baggage handling service is not provided; passengers are responsible for keeping their own luggage.
Additional baggage will incur a charge of ¥2,000 per piece and must be requested in advance to secure space. Without prior request/payment of the additional baggage fee, we may not be able to provide additional baggage services.
If the road to the hotel is too narrow to pass or if parking is not possible, the driver will stop at the nearest possible location, and passengers will need to walk to the hotel/parking point on their own.
For airport/port transfers, if changes are necessary due to force majeure, please contact us in advance; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
For airport/port transfers, pick-up times are subject to driver notification; there is no free waiting time. If the passenger does not arrive when the driver is due, the driver will not wait and will be considered a no-show, with no refund issued.
Carpooling services do not provide child safety seats.

Ride-sharing services do not allow passengers to specify vehicle type, driving language, or pick-up/drop-off time. Drivers may not accept requests to stop temporarily during the journey.
