・Due to the weight of the rafting boat, it may not be possible to operate with only one person.
・Children aged 6 and over can board the rafting boat, while children aged 0 and over can board the cruising boat.
*If you are pregnant, please let us know in advance.
Please note that for safety reasons, we may refuse boarding.
・If you are worried about seasickness, please take motion sickness medication.
・On the rafting boat, you will be required to bend your knees for approximately one hour. If you are concerned about your legs and hips, we recommend choosing a cruising boat.
・Rafting boats are towed by a lead boat.
No one on board will be paddling at all.
Reminders
・If you choose rafting boat: Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel.
(Equipped with changing rooms)
・Cruising boat: You don't have to worry about getting wet. Any clothes are fine.
Footwear: You will be asked to change into special sandals.
Please bring motion sickness medicine and drinks.
*Please arrive 30 minutes before your reserved boarding time.
・Please be sure to follow the safety instructions given by your guide.
・If you cancel on the day without permission, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
*We will decide whether or not to hold the experience depending on the weather conditions on the morning of the day. If the experience is cancelled, we will contact you by phone or email at the contact information you provided when making your reservation at least one hour before boarding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
