- One ticket is valid for a single entry per order. Once scanned, it cannot be reused
- Tickets are valid only on the specified date and within event hours (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Aquarium Zone Rules
- Flash photography and tapping on glass are strictly prohibited
- Do not touch light installations, Jelly Dome displays, or any equipment
- Follow all staff instructions to ensure the safety of animals and visitors
Equipment and Environmental Safety
- Do not touch electrical equipment, projection systems, or structural installations
- Keep clear of technical areas marked with warning signs
- Outdoor activities may be modified or temporarily closed during rain or adverse weather
