  • The water depth at the diving spots is relatively shallow, making it safe and easy for beginners to dive! Our experienced guides will lead the way, so you can fully enjoy the sea of Kawana with peace of mind!

  • In the marine-rich waters of Kawana, our veteran, experienced divers will ensure your safety throughout the experience. We generally conduct our tours in small groups to ensure we can look after each individual and provide a safe experience! For larger groups, we will either split into smaller teams or provide a team structure with one guide and one backup diver. *Please note that during peak summer seasons, we may not be able to accommodate specific requests.

  • In addition to our years of experience and knowledge, we guide our customers based on actual marine data. To ensure a stress-free and comfortable diving experience, we provide detailed information about recommended spots and marine life. Spend a luxurious time in the Kawana sea that you would not normally experience!

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Regarding cancellations, there may be cases where the sea conditions suddenly become rough on the day of the course and the course cannot be held. We will contact you the day before or on the day of your reservation to inform you of the cancellation. On the day, we will assess your physical condition and decide whether or not the course can be held, while talking with you. Please note that in some cases the course may not be held.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • If the sea conditions are bad and diving is prohibited, you can go to other areas. In this case, the following additional fees will be charged: Expedition fee (Higashiizu area) + 2,160 yen (tax included) Expedition fee (Westizu area) + 3,240 yen (tax included)

Other important points:

  • ・Those over 45 years old may need a medical certificate from a doctor. Please be sure to inquire. ・You cannot board a plane on the same day after finishing diving. ・Please allow at least 12 hours between diving and boarding a plane.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
