This is a 2-beach dive plan at Izu Oceanic Park (IOP), Futo, and Yawata-no! We are a shop where friends (COMPANY) who love diving and fish gather. Just like our shop logo, we hope you have a wonderful encounter with us!
Okuridashi Cove
A shallow point right after entry. You will pass through here at the beginning and end of every dive. It is not just a place for safety stops, but also a home for abundant macro life. If you take your time and look carefully, anyone should be able to discover many fish. It is especially famous for the appearance of many tropical fish that cannot survive the winter from autumn to winter.
Left Reef
A slightly deeper point located along the edge of the reef area to the north of the sandy area, often confused with Burimachi. It is a place where a star-studded cast of so-called 'rare items' tends to appear, and while it has a solid track record, the overall fish density is low and the landscape is somewhat bleak, making it a point for enthusiasts with high ups and downs.
Sandy Area
There are artificial reefs near -20m and -30m. A mailbox has also been installed (you can purchase envelopes at the diving center to mail them). From summer to autumn, schools of horse mackerel gather along the edge of the boulders every year, and during the clear water season in winter, just swimming across the endless sandy area is refreshing! Of course, if you look down, you can find many bottom-dwelling creatures, making it a point of interest all year round.

・For those arriving by car: Head towards Shimoda on National Route 135. Turn left at the Jogasaki Iriguchi intersection. Shortly after passing the Tokyu Store on your left, turn right just before Kappo Matsu, which will be on your right. From there, just continue straight and you will see Sakanaya on your left. ・For those arriving by train: Meet in front of the ticket gates at Izukyu Railway's Izukogen Station. Take the 8:26 AM train departing Atami and arriving in Izukogen at 9:13 AM. Depending on the reservation situation on the day, you may be asked to board an earlier train, so please check when making your reservation.
