What You Can Expect

- 09:00Meet at the Kodakara no Yu Kawa no Eki Outdoor Tour Desk → Reception and changing clothes.
- 09:30Transfer to the rafting starting point via our company vehicle.
- 10:00Arrival at the starting point → Safety briefing → Boarding the boat and practicing paddling.
- 10:30Rafting START!! Challenge the Sandan no Se, Butsukari no Se, Nidan no Se, and Enku no Se rapids!! Play in the calm pools, jump from the jumping rock, and have 120% fun!!
- 12:15Arrival at the goal point. Return to the river activity base via our company vehicle.
- 12:20Change clothes at the river activity base → Dismissal → Those arriving by car will depart individually. → For those using the highway bus, we will provide a transfer to the Minami IC bus stop. Please consult with our staff regarding the time. → For those who booked the BBQ set, enjoy a BBQ at the Kawa no Eki (River Station)!! → Feel free to relax, take a bath at the hot spring, or eat and drink at the Kawa no Eki. Thank you for your hard work!!

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, the event will proceed rain or shine. However, there is a possibility that the event may be cancelled if rivers overflow due to heavy rain or typhoons. The decision to cancel the event will be made by the organizer or the guide in charge early in the morning on the day of the event, and participants will be contacted by phone. (If it is clear that the event will be cancelled, we will contact you the day before.) Regarding the participation fee, you will either be able to participate with the difference in price due to schedule changes, or the participation fee will be refunded. *Please note that we cannot accept claims for transportation expenses, etc.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ■ The tour is insured with liability insurance. However, it does not cover intentional injuries or whiplash or back pain that are only subjective symptoms. In the event of an accident during the experience that is the fault of our company, we will provide treatment and compensation within the scope of the insurance, but we cannot take any responsibility beyond that. We recommend that participants take out separate personal injury insurance. ■ For elementary school students, at least one parent must be on board for up to two children.
Other important points:
- ■If an accident occurs due to failure to observe basic precautions, it will not be covered by insurance, but we will only provide first aid and life-saving treatment. Please listen carefully to the guide's safety briefings and instructions to avoid injuries or accidents. The following people cannot participate in the tour: ■People who have been drinking on the day *If you are on a one-day course, please do not drink alcohol at lunchtime! ■People with heart disease, pregnant women, or those in poor health

Participant age: 6 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, shorts, T-shirt, change of clothes, sneakers that you don't mind getting wet, or sandals with fixed heels; Crocs are OK (beach sandals are not allowed!). Sunscreen, plastic bags for wet clothes, towel. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, please bring eyeglass bands and goggles. You can bring a waterproof camera on the boat.
Regarding rental equipment: Equipment rental is included in the price.

*Reception starts at the meeting time, so please arrive a little early.
Lateness not only inconveniences other guests but also makes it impossible to meet the departure time agreed upon with the Fisheries Cooperative.
Lateness will be treated as a cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
