  • The Maetani River, in the upper reaches of the Nagara River, is a valley with crystal-clear waters. With its massive monolithic rocks, this unique canyon is the perfect place to get soaked while sliding down natural rock slides, jumping off cliffs, and swimming—it is absolute chaos in the best way possible!!

Purchase Notice

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled on the day due to weather or water level. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, the tour fee will be fully refunded. In principle, we will notify you of tour cancellations by the day before, but please note that due to sudden changes in the weather, the tour may be cancelled just before it starts. If you are concerned, please check before departure.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • ・People under the age of 18 will need a parental signature.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
