- At Tenryo Sake Brewery, we host a 'My Doburoku Making Experience' so you can enjoy the joy and fun of fermentation. You will learn about the production process of [Doburoku, Japanese Sake], and experience the entire flow, including selecting the yeast that determines the flavor, preparing the mash, and applying your original label, all while being supported by a 'Sake Master' brewing technician. Then, about 2 weeks later, the [My Doburoku] you made will be delivered to you.
- You can make your own Doburoku.
- You will prepare your own 'My Doburoku' in a container that holds about 3 liters per bottle. About 2 weeks later, we will send you the freshly made Doburoku. You can enjoy the taste of it freshly made.
What You Can Expect

- ① Put on an apron, hat, gloves, etc. (5 minutes) ② Doburoku preparation with explanations from the Sake Master (30 minutes) ③ Apply the label to your 'My Doburoku' and it is finished (5 minutes) ④ If you wish, you can also taste Tenryo's recommended sake. (30 minutes)

From the Nakatsugawa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway, take National Route 257 toward Gero via National Route 41 (approximately 90 minutes).
Free parking for three cars at the Hagiwara Central Parking Lot near the Juroku Bank Masuda Branch.
By train:
An 8-minute walk from JR Hida-Hagiwara Station.
By other means:
A 3-minute walk from the Hagiwara Station bus stop on the Nohi Bus Gero-Takayama Line.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
