Product Info

  • Fishing boats in Izu Inatori return in the afternoon after catching splendid alfonsino in the nearby waters. You can enjoy a cruising experience on these very fishing boats. During the approximately 40-minute tour, you will view the unique 'Hasami-ishi' (Scissors Rock), a geological wonder of the Izu Peninsula Geopark, and cruise along the Inatori Onsen coastline. The tip of Inatori Cape features dramatic cliffs. The magnificent scenery of the cape jutting out into the sea is breathtaking! On board, you will be served a local fisherman's snack and drinks. The climax of the trip is joining in a fisherman's prayer for a big catch, an experience only possible from the sea. The way to approach the sea gods is quite unique. You will offer prayers to the Hachidai Ryuo (Eight Great Dragon Kings) at Ryugu Shrine, known locally as 'Jugon-san'. Share a moment with your loved ones... We highly recommend this boarding experience where you can pray to 'Jugon-san' for your wishes to come true.

  • Enjoy the scenic views from the sea during this approximately 40-minute cruise from Inatori Port. You will pass by the former Inatori Cape Lighthouse, served by the first female lighthouse keeper in Japan, and the Kurone Cape, a mecca for rock fishing, while viewing the hidden geological wonder of the Izu Geopark, the 'Hasami-ishi' rock, from the boat. The giant rocks face each other, appearing as if they are in prayer, with a rectangular stone wedged between them. Be sure to take photos while listening to the commentary on the local Tengu legends.

  • The boat is also equipped with flush toilets. Children of elementary school age and above are allowed on board. If you are unable to make it in time for the departure time, the boat may depart. Please be sure to contact us.

  • The trip may be canceled due to sea conditions. Please be sure to provide us with your mobile phone number where we can contact you on the day.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 7 to 80 years old

  • What to wear and bring: Depending on the sea conditions and boarding location, you may be exposed to spray from the waves. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and that you don't mind getting dirty.

  • Rental equipment: We will operate even in sudden rain or light rain if the sea conditions are good. Raincoats will be provided. Life jackets must be worn.

  • Duration Comments: Total duration: 1 hour

  • Minimum number of participants: 2

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
