Regarding cancellation of the event:
- After confirmation, the tour may be cancelled due to weather on the day. We will contact you the day before to let you know whether the tour will be cancelled or not depending on the weather forecast. Please note that if the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, we will not be able to cover transportation or travel expenses.

From the south exit of JR Numazu Station
Take the Izu Hakone Railway Bus from platform 7 and get off at "Goyotei-mae" (approximately 15 minutes)
Take the Numazu Tozan Tokai Bus from platform 8 and get off at "Goyotei-mae" (approximately 15 minutes)

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
