Muscle Fatigue Level: Low
This is the gentlest course among all RAT plans, causing the least muscle fatigue. This means it is perfect for first-time rafters, as well as children and women.

What You Can Expect

Reception and changing. [8:45/12:30] Participants will complete reception, receive tour explanations and safety instructions, and change clothes. We will provide gear suitable for the season. Please change in the dressing room!
Travel to the river by private vehicle. [9:30/13:15] Move to the starting point of the Nagara River rafting. Your own car will not be used.
Safety Briefing. [9:45/13:30] A mandatory tour safety briefing will be held on-site! Learn about river hazards, paddling techniques, and more.
Work together with your friends and head down the river. Tour starts☆ Let the adventure of a wonderful river journey begin. Enjoy the great outdoors of the Nagara River to the fullest with your friends.
Cliff jumping. [11:00/14:45] The cliff is over 3 meters high! Gather your courage and take the jump.
Break time and goal. [12:00/15:45] Tea time during the tour☆

Return to base and relax. [12:15/16:00] After returning to the base, take a warm shower and change clothes. Relax in the Japanese-style room while looking at photos. Free drink service is also available.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

The tour will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled on the day due to weather or water level. If the tour is cancelled due to weather, the tour fee will be fully refunded. In principle, we will notify you of tour cancellations by the day before, but please note that due to sudden changes in the weather, the tour may be cancelled just before it starts. If you are concerned, please check before departure.

How to Get There

・By car: After exiting Minami Interchange on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway, turn left onto National Route 156. After driving on the highway for 5 minutes, you will see a post office on your right and a pharmacy on your left. Shimoda Bridge (blue) is right next to you. After crossing the bridge, turn left immediately at the traffic light (a slightly narrow road). Turn left and the hotel will be about 150m ahead on your right. ・By train: ●By train 5-minute walk from Fukuno Station on the Nagaragawa Railway ・By other means: We are also happy to discuss other transportation options, so please contact us.
