What You Can Expect

- Caving start. Once you arrive at Miyama Limestone Cave, check in, change your clothes, listen to the safety briefing, and start your caving adventure.
- Chimneying. One of the techniques in caving is chimneying! Use this technique to move up, down, left, and right through the cave.
- Head to the mysterious spring. Overcome challenges like climbing, crawling through tunnels, and army crawling to reach the mysterious spring. Those interested can try a taste of the water.
- Army crawling. After the tea time and face painting events, it is time to army crawl toward the goal! Push through this narrow tunnel!
- Everyone reaches the goal safely. Having cleared numerous challenges and missions, you have reached the goal. The real-life escape adventure is complete. Return to Miyama Limestone Cave, change your clothes, and the tour will conclude.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) If it is difficult to make a decision, we will contact you on the day of the event to let you know whether it will proceed or not, before your departure time. *In such cases, we will ask for your contact time in advance.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- To ensure a comfortable tour experience, we will provide you with the appropriate equipment (coveralls, etc.) in advance. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a participation application form by email. Please fill out your participant information and be sure to return it by the specified date. ●Please refrain from drinking alcohol before the tour or during lunch. We will not allow anyone who has been drinking to participate in the tour, even on the day of the tour. Due to the nature of outdoor sports, which involve interacting with nature, it cannot be said that there is absolutely no risk. Please be aware of the risks of unforeseen circumstances before participating. Other Important Notes: ◇Participants under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian's (supervisor's) signature, but parental participation is not required. ◇Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol before the tour, and those with severe hangovers are not permitted to participate.

What to wear and bring: ◇Clothes you don't mind getting dirty (including socks) ◇Towel ◇Change of clothes ◇Insurance card (copy acceptable) *You can participate without it. 《What to wear when participating in the tour》 We will provide the caving suits (coveralls) you will wear during the tour. Please bring comfortable clothing and socks to wear under your caving suits (coveralls). In the summer, wear a T-shirt and shorts. In other seasons, we recommend a tracksuit or similar. *If you are sensitive to the cold, wear a long-sleeved T-shirt and long pants. *Your innerwear will get dirty, so you'll need a change of clothes.
Rental equipment: Caving equipment including helmets, overalls, boots, gloves, and headlamps are all provided free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
