- Meet at Tripper Base for canyoning. Meet at Tripper Base! Once you have finished registration, explanations, and bathroom breaks, let's head to the Nagara River in our dedicated vehicle!
- Safety briefing for rafting. Once you arrive at the Nagara River, we will go over safety procedures. Please listen carefully and learn so you can participate in rafting safely.
- Challenge the rapids of the Nagara River! If you paddle hard, your guide will steer you through the most exciting rapids. Give it your all and aim for the whitewater ahead!
- Relax after the rapids. Enjoy some leisurely river play in the calm areas.
- Let's head downstream towards the goal! Experience the pressure of the rapids. The power of the waves is truly amazing, right?
- Afternoon session: Canyoning. After filling your stomach, let's get energized for canyoning in the afternoon!
- Enjoy the sliders! The real thrill of canyoning is definitely the sliders!
- Relax with a floating experience. Let yourself go with the river current and enjoy a floating experience that will soothe both your mind and body.
- Play until the very end and reach the goal safely. There are jumps in both rafting and canyoning. Once you have played to your heart's content for the day, the tour is over. Thank you for joining us today.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- [Cancellation Criteria] We have clearly defined cancellation criteria for tours. If a heavy rain, flood, or lightning warning is issued for the area where the tour is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the tour cancelled. If the tour is cancelled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the tour. As this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the tour on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected changes in weather. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that if the program is cancelled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. Please contact us in advance if you are staying overnight at a hotel or other accommodation. *Please be sure to fill out the participant report. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before the tour to let you know the situation. (We will generally contact you by the departure time on the day to let you know whether the tour will proceed or not.)

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
