Clothing and belongings: ● Essential items ・Swimsuit or innerwear A close-fitting type is recommended. A 500cc plastic water bottle is fine. ・Shorts Wear them outside your wetsuit. Any kind is OK, but sturdy and less likely to come off is even better. (If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on-site for 500 yen.) ・Swimming goggles For diving. Clear lenses are recommended! ・Gloves For hand protection and warmth. Neoprene gloves, such as those for diving or fishing, are warm. Available at Workman for 1000-1500 yen. ・A backpack that can get wet, to put lunch and other things in. One backpack per few people is fine. ・A towel to dry yourself. I'll leave it in the car. ●Recommended items: - Innerwear (top and bottom) - quick-drying dry shirt, leggings or tights - Allows for smooth changing when wearing a wetsuit and also provides warmth. - Socks - To prevent blisters and for warmth.
