What to wear and bring: - Swimsuit We recommend a close-fitting type. If you don't have a swimsuit, underwear is fine, but don't forget to bring a change of underwear! - Food and Drink There will be a 20-minute lunch break during the tour. You will get wet, so make sure it's waterproof. - A 500cc plastic water bottle is fine. - Shorts Wear these over your wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as they are durable and easy to keep on. (If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen.) - Swimming Goggles Handy for underwater observation and to protect against splashes. Clear lenses are recommended! If you wear glasses, use a glasses band instead. - Backpack that you don't mind getting wet (If you don't have a backpack, you can rent a waterproof one in advance for 500 yen.) Please cooperate by carrying the food and drinks for your group. One for every 1-4 people is enough. They should not collect water easily. - A plastic bag for wet items - A towel to dry yourself off after the session. Leave this in your car.
Rental equipment: Good to bring - Undershirt (short or long sleeve) - Wearing a rash guard or quick-drying dry shirt under your wetsuit will increase the warmth. We recommend wearing two layers. - Cotton products will get cold when wet, so avoid them. - Leggings or tights (also non-cotton) - Gloves - To protect and keep your hands warm. Neoprene materials such as those used for diving and fishing are warm. Work gloves or work gloves are also acceptable. - Trail snacks (snacks) - Something that can be easily eaten while on the tour. - Simple waterproof snacks that come in bags, such as Whey In Jelly, are convenient. - Sandals are convenient for changing clothes. - Waterproof camera
