When placing your order, please note your travel dates, times, number of people, amount of luggage, desired itinerary, and any other special requirements (such as child seats).
Customer service will contact you after receiving your order to provide consultation and a quote.
• Confirming a customized route takes time: Depending on the peak or off-peak season, it will take at least 1 to 5 days to dispatch a vehicle for you. Please inquire as early as possible to ensure that a vehicle can be reserved for you.
• After confirming the route and price: Please place your order for the customized plan within the time frame indicated by customer service, otherwise the price will be considered invalid.
The car rental service is available for 10 hours between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. Outside of these hours, a night/early morning service fee will apply (an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
The daily total mileage for private charter car is limited to 300 kilometers. If the mileage exceeds this limit, an excess mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
The private charter car period is 10 hours (including normal travel time). If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged.
Overtime and over-mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
If you require a child seat, please mention it during your consultation. A child seat will occupy 1-1.5 seats.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the start time of your ride. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
If you need to change your itinerary, you must submit your request 24 hours before the start of the trip so that appropriate adjustments can be made.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the carrying capacity of the vehicle booked at the time of customization, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not provide a refund.
This service is a private car transfer and does not include accommodation, meals, tickets, tour guide services, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
