We will contact you the day before departure using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive a message or email, please check your email and other provided methods (whether they are correct and whether you have received them). Emails may sometimes be mistakenly placed in your spam folder. During Hokkaido's peak tourist season, there may be slight delays in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest information. If you have not received your travel information, please contact customer service promptly. On the day of your day trip, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time and ask your Kitaya guide or driver for assistance. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Children aged 0-3 years old are free of charge (children who do not occupy a seat), and others are charged at the adult rate.

The Shikisai-no-Oka snowmobile experience is optional; those who do not participate can also freely stroll and take photos on the snowfield.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time. Do not be late. As the day tour itinerary does not allow for transfers to other departures or joining midway, if you are unable to arrive on time or participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Please understand that no refunds will be given for late arrivals or departures from the tour due to personal reasons (including being late to attractions and failing to return on time). Please arrive at the meeting point on time; latecomers will not be waited for, and you cannot join midway. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the tour will be your sole responsibility. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances during the trip. Thank you for your understanding.

As the day trip itinerary does not include personal travel insurance and personal accident insurance, please purchase them separately if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all involve specific risks and dangers. Please assess your own health and abilities, and inform us of your physical condition in advance (participation is not recommended for those with physical disabilities). Please do not deliberately conceal any information.

During peak travel periods in Japan, such as holidays, public holidays, and weekends, severe traffic congestion and early closure of tourist attractions are common. It is advisable to avoid booking flights/Shinkansen trains for the same evening or reserving dinner times too early. It is also recommended to bring your own light meals and a power bank in case of emergencies.

If the trip is terminated due to weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, no refund will be given for the unfulfilled portion of the itinerary, and the traveler will be responsible for return travel or additional accommodation costs. (Travelers are solely responsible for their return transportation costs or additional accommodation expenses incurred locally.) The company is not liable for any inability to participate in the tour due to force majeure events such as traffic or weather conditions, or for unsatisfactory scenery; therefore, no refunds or rescheduling are possible. This is a group tour. Bus seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests, and we will try our best to adjust or arrange them, but the final arrangement will depend on the actual situation. The type of bus used will be arranged or adjusted according to the number of people, and it is not possible to specify the type of bus. When there are few guests, the driver may also act as the guide, and the explanations will be brief. If you need to bring luggage (large carry-on luggage or suitcases, etc.), please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the guide/driver has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking (ice cream/soup noodles/strong smells, etc.) are prohibited on the bus. If you cause damage, you will need to compensate according to local standards.

Please understand that if inclement weather or force majeure causes the suspension of certain facilities/activities such as snowmobiles, or if alternative attractions are visited or the duration of the stay is adjusted, the itinerary is for reference only and represents an ideal plan. Actual transportation, stay, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide/driver will reasonably change the schedule and replace or remove attractions based on the actual situation. If this tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refund will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return travel or additional accommodation costs.
