Participant age: 10 to 65 years old
What to wear and bring: ・Swimsuit A close-fitting type is recommended. Underwear is fine. ・Shorts Wear these on the outside of your wetsuit. Anything is fine as long as it's hard to take off. (If you don't have any, you can rent them on site for 500 yen.) ・Gloves To protect your hands and keep them warm. For diving, fishing, etc. Work gloves or work gloves are also acceptable. ・Swimming goggles Handy for underwater observation and protecting against splashes. Clear lenses are recommended! If you wear glasses, use a glasses band. ●Items to bring: ・Undershirt (short-sleeved or long-sleeved) Wearing a rash guard or quick-drying dry shirt under your wetsuit will increase the warmth. Wearing two layers is also fine.
