Please note the following when participating in this course:

• *Regarding Damage and Removal* <1> If the bicycle itself is damaged, repair costs will be charged at actual cost. (Small scratches caused by normal use will not be charged.) <2> If you experience a flat tire while renting a bicycle, please have it repaired at the nearest bicycle shop at your expense. *If you would like a loaner bicycle delivered in the event of a flat tire, we will charge ¥1,000. (Please note that we may decline this request depending on the number of bicycles.) <3> Please note that a ¥1,000 fee will be charged for lost keys or rental lights. <4> We do not permit illegal parking. If your bicycle is removed from your vehicle, you will be charged ¥4,000 per bicycle. (If you have opted for the Anshin Insurance Pack, the fee will be ¥2,300.) *About the Anshin Insurance Pack* ・Liability Insurance: In the event of a traffic accident or property damage caused by your negligence, insurance will be applied to the victim. ・Theft Insurance: If your bicycle is stolen even though it was locked, insurance will be applied. (You will need to file a police report.)

Other important points to note:

• *For delivery, collection, and drop-off in suburban areas such as Arashiyama, Takaragaike, and Fushimi, a special fee will be charged. (The special fee varies depending on the location. Please inquire.) *Hotel delivery and collection fee: Delivery destination (accommodation) → Return destination (accommodation) Delivery destination (station, etc.) → Return destination (accommodation) *One-off fee: If returning the bike at a location other than your accommodation, you can drop it off at over 40 locations, including affiliated facilities and bicycle parking lots. *Extension fee (return between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM). If you return the bike after 10:00 PM, a two-day fee will be charged. If you use the service for more than two days, please use it consecutively. There is no need to return the bike each day. *Easy Luggage Delivery Service: We will deliver your luggage to your accommodation from a specified location (such as Kyoto Station) for 500 yen per piece. (We cannot accept valuables or fragile items.)
