Regarding cancellation of the event:
- After consulting with customers, if we determine it is safe, we will proceed with the tour in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, snow, strong winds, etc., the tour will be canceled and customers will be contacted around 7:00 PM the day before or between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM on the day, depending on the weather conditions (no cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to weather). We cannot compensate for travel expenses or other expenses if the tour is canceled after arriving at the location.

Go straight on National Route 1 toward Numazu and Hakone, then turn onto National Route 138 at Miyanoshita intersection.
Turn left at Sengokuhara intersection and continue straight. From Odawara City (approx. 60 minutes)

Go straight on National Route 138 toward Odawara and Hakone, then turn right at Sengokuhara intersection and continue straight.

From Odawara Station
Take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Kojiri and Togendai from bus stop number 4 at the East Exit Bus Terminal (approx. 50 minutes). Get off at the Shirayuridai bus stop (2 minutes walk).
From Hakone-Yumoto Station
Take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Kojiri and Togendai from bus stop number 3 (approx. 40 minutes). Get off at the Shirayuridai bus stop (2-minute walk).
From Gotemba Station
Take the Odakyu Hakone Expressway Bus bound for Hakone Togendai at the Otome Exit. Get off at the Shirayuridai bus stop (2-minute walk).
*All seats on express buses are reserved, so please contact the bus company in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
