Ticket Notes

・Business may be temporarily suspended during events such as skating lessons.

・Depending on the weather and the content of the event, ticket sales may be suspended on the day, opening hours may be changed, or the event may be canceled.

・Ticket sales at the ticket office on the day will end at 8:00 p.m.

・Re-entry is not permitted.

Skate rental fees are included.

・If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, please contact the ticket office on the day to reschedule.

・No cancellations, changes or refunds will be accepted except in the case of cancellation.

・Advance tickets will be on sale until 23:59 on Tuesday, January 27th.

・If you are a junior high or high school student or younger, we may ask you to show identification when you use the facility.

・Sapporo residents (those residing in Sapporo city) can use the citizen discount (we will ask for your ID upon use).

・Depending on the congestion situation, we may limit the number of people allowed on the rink.

・When it gets crowded, we may distribute numbered tickets and restrict entry.

・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who must also have a ticket) (children under 3 years old are not permitted on the rink).

・Gloves are required. (They are available for purchase at the venue.)

- If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

- Do not lean or sit on the fence.

・If you are injured inside the venue, we will provide first aid, but we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent injuries.

・Dangerous behavior that could lead to falls or injury, such as speeding or group skiing, or behavior that may cause inconvenience to other users, is prohibited.

・The use of cell phones, smartphones, cameras, earphones, and headphones is prohibited while skating.

・To prevent theft, please keep your valuables on you at all times or use a locker.

・We cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss, or other accidents.

- If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

-Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.

・People who have been drinking will not be allowed to enter.

Precautions

・We will not guarantee travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) due to the cancellation or delay of this event.

- The organizers will not be held responsible for any trouble, accidents, injuries, theft, loss, etc. that occur within the venue.

・Photographs and videos may be taken by the organizers and various media outlets within the venue. There is a possibility that visitors may be captured in these photos and videos. These photos may be used by the organizers in television broadcasts, online news, and in advertising materials after the event. Please note.
