The activity will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather, provided sea conditions are normal. If a traveler cancels their participation due to rain, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
Female participants may use tampons if they are not experiencing discomfort during their menstrual period. ※No refunds or changes can be requested during menstruation.
Since sea turtles are wild animals, there is no guarantee that you will see one. If you do not see one on the day of your visit, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or poor sea conditions, the organizer may cancel or reschedule the event and will notify the organizer one day in advance.
Prescription masks are available for an additional ¥1,000 per pair (cash payment) on-site. Please indicate your need for prescription masks when making your reservation to facilitate arrangements. If you are not using prescription masks, it is recommended that you bring your own disposable contact lenses to ensure comfortable underwater vision.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 20, and the guardian must sign the registration form.
If a passenger is unable to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered a cancellation for that day, and no refund will be given.
Please make sure to use the restroom before participating in the tour (there are no restroom facilities nearby).
Parking fees are approximately 1,000-2,000 yen, which must be borne by the traveler.
