Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Participants must be 10 years of age or older. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. If you have any chronic illnesses, such as respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, or arrhythmia, please consult with your doctor. *Participants must fill out the separate consent form before participating in the program. Minors visiting alone must have their parent or guardian sign the consent form before coming.
Other important points to note:
- ・We offer a childcare center and transportation service for an additional fee, so please feel free to contact us. ・If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. ・Please note that the time may change or preparation time may be required depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. ・Parking available for 10 cars.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 10 to 70 years old
What to wear and bring: Please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet (swimsuit, sandals, etc.) and a towel.
Rental Equipment: Beach and port facility fees are required separately: ¥1,500. Wetsuit rental: ¥1,100. Camera rental (waterproof to 40 meters): ¥4,000. *SD card included.
Duration: 6 hours on the first day, 2.5 hours on the second day

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
