Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Please let us know the names, ages, heights, weights, and shoe sizes of all participants. If you wear glasses, we can provide prescription underwater masks. If you wish, please let us know your naked eye vision. If you use disposable contact lenses, you can leave them on.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- ∟ Tours will generally be held even in rainy weather. ∟ If the sea is rough and the tour is canceled, we will contact you. ∟ The decision to cancel may be made on the morning of the tour. ∟ If you decide not to participate in the tour due to the weather, a cancellation fee will be charged. *No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of bad weather on the day, worsening sea conditions, rough weather due to an approaching typhoon, or flight cancellation. ∟ If we decline to allow you to participate due to poor health such as a hangover, a cancellation fee will also be charged.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Minors will need a parental consent form. ・Depending on your medical history at the time of application, you may be required to submit a doctor's certificate or may not be able to participate in the course.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
