Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Participant's shoe size
- Question 2: Height, body type (only for those who want to wear a wetsuit)
- Question 3: Would you like to try skin diving? ¥3,000 (course fee, insurance fee)
- Q4: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We may cancel the tour depending on the weather and climate. If the weather suddenly worsens, the sea conditions change, or you do not follow the instructions of the staff, the tour may be suspended or canceled even if it is still in progress. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Those with chronic illnesses or diseases may not be able to participate. Please inquire separately. ・Minimum age is 6 years old or older. ・Please inquire separately if children under 5 years old are participating. ・Minimum number of participants is 6 or more. ・If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, we will contact you by the evening of the day before. ・Please take care to prevent your belongings such as cameras, hats, and sunglasses from falling.

What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, hat, sunglasses, snacks, lunch, drinks. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. We recommend wearing a rash guard/leggings. (To protect against injuries from contact with the coral, jellyfish, sunburn, etc.)

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
