Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, the tour will proceed rain or shine. It may be cancelled in the event of lightning, strong winds, or poor visibility due to rain. In such cases, the tour will of course be cancelled free of charge. Also, even if the weather is sunny, the tour may be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe to proceed due to wind or waves. The tour may be changed or canceled depending on the weather and sea conditions. <Notification in case of lateness> Please be sure to contact us in advance if you are going to be late. <Age restrictions> The target age range is 3 to 65 years old. If it is discovered on the day that you are 65 years old or older, you will not be able to participate in the tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
