Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Generally, the tour will be held rain or shine. However, if there is a risk of danger, such as a typhoon or rough seas with strong winds, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation. *In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee.

- For cancellations made at least 2 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
