Regarding cancellation of the event:

During the summer holidays in July and August, the surrounding roads and parking lots become extremely congested, and there are frequent cases where parking is unavailable due to the lots being full.
Therefore, we recommend that you allow plenty of time and arrive at Aragusuku Beach at least 2 hours before the tour starts.
Even outside of the summer holidays in July and August, we recommend arriving at Aragusuku Beach with at least 1 hour of buffer time.
*Please note that if you are unable to participate in the tour due to being late caused by traffic or lack of parking, we cannot provide a refund for the cancellation fee.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
