- From winter to spring (January 10th to March 30th), the world's largest whales visit the seas of Okinawa. Since you can only see them during this season, please book early!
- Beware of seasickness!
- When using binoculars on board, please be careful of the boat's movement. It may cause seasickness in some cases.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to bad weather. In such cases, we will contact you in advance. We may also operate the tour even in rainy weather. The boat will have a roof, but if you are concerned about rain on the day, please bring a raincoat or similar.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. If you have any chronic illnesses or conditions related to the respiratory system, circulatory system, coronary arteries, or arrhythmia, please consult with your doctor. *Participants must fill out the attached consent form before participating in the program. If you are a minor, please have your legal guardian sign the consent form before coming to the store.
Other important points to note:
- We offer a childcare center and transportation service for an additional fee, so please feel free to contact us. If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the time may change or preparation time may be required depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. Customers making reservations on the day or the day before can also make reservations by phone. Parking available for 10 cars.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
