Please note the following when participating in this course:
- You must be a license holder. Anyone who is deemed unable to handle blades properly will not be allowed to participate. If you have any chronic illnesses or conditions related to the respiratory system, circulatory system, coronary arteries, or arrhythmia, please consult with a doctor. *Participants must fill out the attached consent form before participating in the activity.
Other important points to note:
- We offer a childcare center and transportation service for an additional fee, so please feel free to contact us. If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the time may change or preparation time may be required depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. Customers making reservations on the day or the day before can also make reservations by phone. Parking available for 10 cars.

- Feeding, tank, boarding fee, insurance, tax included
- Port, beach, and facility usage fee: 1,000 yen per person (including rental towels, rental hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, restrooms, private shower rooms, and private changing rooms). Normally, equipment costs an additional 3,000 yen. Free equipment is available only to those who have seen the Activity Japan listing.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
