Regarding cancellation of the event:
- *Please note* For the safety of our guests, the event may be cancelled if the weather is bad on the day of the event. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you the day before or on the day itself. Please note that we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses even if the event is cancelled after you have arrived at the meeting point. If you register on the day of the event, we may ask you to adjust the time, etc.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Minors must have a parent or guardian's signature upon check-in. Please note that we may need to change the time depending on the wave conditions.

Reminders
Participant age: 5 to 70 years old
About clothing and belongings: Please wear your swimsuit before coming.
Rental equipment: Wetsuits and reef boots are available upon request. Large towels (ponchos) are also available.
Time required: This time is the time required from gathering at the location to changing clothes and disbanding after the experience.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
