The Blue Cave is one of Okinawa's most popular spots and attracts many visitors, but if you book early in the morning, there are fewer people, allowing you to explore it as if you have it all to yourself! Also, at night, you can experience mystical creatures like bioluminescent plankton and an atmosphere you cannot see during the day. It is a spot you can enjoy at any time of the day.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We will transfer the amount minus the cancellation fee and bank transfer fee to the account you provided. *If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. There will be no refunds for cancellations or cancellations made at the customer's discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- *Due to weather conditions, there is an approximately 50% chance that the tour will take place. If the tour is unable to take place, it may be changed to a tropical fish course. Please note that participants must be 10 years of age or older. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. If you have any chronic illnesses, such as respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, or arrhythmia, please consult with your doctor. *Participants must fill out the separate consent form before participating in the tour. Minors visiting alone must have their parent or guardian sign the consent form before coming.

What to wear and bring: Please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet (swimsuit, sandals, etc.). We recommend wearing a warm nylon jacket or sweater when whale watching (January to March only).

Maeganeku Fishing Port is a 40-minute drive from Naha Airport on Route 58 toward Nago. If you're using a car navigation system, simply enter 2971-1 Maeda, Onna Village, Kunigami District, 904-0417 for easy access.
・By other means:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
