Regarding cancellation of the event:
- *If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. There will be no refunds for cancellations or suspensions at the customer's discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Age 5 and over ・Those with respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, arrhythmia, or other chronic illnesses should consult a doctor. ・Not permitted if taking sleeping medication or drinking alcohol ・If we determine that the service cannot be performed safely due to ocean conditions, the course will be held at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. ・Please note that on the day, the time may change or preparation may take longer depending on the weather and ocean conditions. ・Reservations for the day or the day before can also be made by phone. ・Please note that reservations will only be accepted after you have confirmed and agreed to the "Notification Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" and other precautions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
